So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.
And the upper altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar hearth and upward there shall be four horns.
The altar hearth shall be four cubits high, and from the altar hearth shall extend upwards four horns [one from each corner, each one cubit high].
And the altar hearth shall be four cubits high, and from the altar hearth reaching upward there shall be four horns one cubit high.
So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.

The altar rested on a base and had three sections, each one of them square. The bottom section was 8 meters on each side and one meter high. The middle section was 7 meters on each side and 2 meters high, and it had a 25-centimeter rim around its outer edge. The top section, which was 6 meters on each side and 2 meters high, was the place where sacrifices were burned, and the four corners of the top section looked like the horns of a bull. The steps leading up to the altar were on the east side.
And the upper altar was four cubits; and from the hearth of God and upward were four horns.
And the Ariel itself was four cubits: and from the Ariel upward were four horns.
The place for the fire on the altar was 4 cubits high. The four corners were shaped like horns.
This top part is 2 metres high. They burn the sacrifices on this top part. Its four corners have points like horns that go up.
The hearth is four cubits high, and four horns extend upward from the hearth.

The ·place where the sacrifice is burned on the altar [altar hearth] is ·seven feet [L four cubits] high, with its four ·corners shaped like horns and reaching up above it [horns projecting upward; Ex. 27:2].

This top section, on which the sacrifices were burned, was also 7 feet high. The projections on the four corners were higher than the rest of the top.

From it a still narrower platform rises 7 feet, and this is the top of the altar, with four horns projecting 21 inches up from the corners.
“These are the dimensions of the altar, using the long (twenty-one-inch) ruler. The gutter at its base is twenty-one inches deep and twenty-one inches wide, with a four-inch lip around its edge. “The height of the altar is three and a half feet from the base to the first ledge and twenty inches wide. From the first ledge to the second ledge it is seven feet high and twenty-one inches wide. The altar hearth is another seven feet high. Four horns stick upward from the hearth twenty-one inches high.
So the altar shall be four cubits. And from the altar and upward shall be four horns.

The altar hearth will be four cubits high. Four horns will project upward from the hearth.
The altar’s hearth rises another 7 feet and has 4 horns that protrude from each of its 4 corners.
The upper altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar hearth and upward there shall be four horns.
forsooth that ariel, that is, the higher part of the altar, was of four cubits; and from the altar till to above were four horns. (and the altar was four cubits high; and at the corners all around the altar were four horns, each horn one cubit high.)
